Kurt Krans

Owner and President

European Auto Repair | European Auto Specialists | Tulsa, Ok

Kurt opened European Autospecialist in 1982. With his passion for BMW's he wanted to give the people of Tulsa a better option for the care and maintenance of their vehicles, other than the dealership. A place where there was a passion for the cars, not the owner's pocketbook. Starting out with his father and brother, Federalizing gray market european cars and working on other european cars, Kurt let word of mouth and reputation build his business. Friendly service, honesty and quality were and still are the foundations of his business.Kurt is also a long-standing member of BMWCCA.

James Gordon

Operations Manager

Having a passion for cars, he started working in the automotive business in 1981 at the dealership, working in the Parts Department. He kept his passion for working on his own cars and keeping his hands clean. Kurt at European Autospecialist was one of his Wholesale customers. In late 1992 Kurt asked James to come help him run European Autospecialist. You'll hear him on the phone and might catch a glance of him in the shop. Like in the The Wizard of Oz, "Ignore the man behind the curtain."
